Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire and grow casino partnerships for NCLH brands.

The role develops a territory pipeline, engages casino executives, and coordinates cross-functional teams including marketing, loyalty, analytics, and legal to deliver revenue growth. The position can be based in Miami or remote, requiring strong negotiation, financial acumen, and a deep casino network to drive incremental guest acquisition and profitability across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience required.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, strategic partnerships, loyalty marketing, or a related commercial role.
Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers in the assigned casino region.
Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

Responsabilités

Develop territory development plans prioritizing casino operators and properties by player quality and loyalty-program strength.
Build relationships with property presidents, general managers, and marketing leaders.
Originate and advance partnership opportunities through discovery, visits, events, referrals, and outreach.
Create partner-specific business cases defining target players, commercial models, and expected ROI.
Negotiate terms and coordinate approvals with leadership, finance, legal, and others.
Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts in CRM.
