Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire, develop, and grow casino partnerships across NCLH brands. The role focuses on building a territory pipeline, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving incremental guest acquisition and revenue.

The position can be based in our Miami HQ or remote, requiring strong industry networks, contract negotiation, and strategic planning to optimize partner value and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or commensurate professional experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, or partnerships.
• Proven success acquiring new accounts and growing partnerships with measurable revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plan prioritizing casino operators by player quality, loyalty-program strength, strategic fit, revenue potential, and conversion probability.
• Build relationships with property presidents, general managers, and casino marketing leaders.
• Originate, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities through discovery, visits, events, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop partner-specific business cases and proposals defining target player, commercial model, and expected ROI for both organizations.
• Support negotiation of partnership terms and coordinate approvals with leadership, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, account plans, and forecasts in the CRM.
