Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire, develop, and grow partnerships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs for the NCLH brands.

The role can be based at the HQ in Miami, FL or remote, with responsibilities spanning partner development and program execution. The position requires a strong casino industry network, disciplined account planning, and the ability to coordinate marketing, loyalty, analytics, reservations, legal, and operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Professional experience in casino marketing or loyalty programs is required.
Strong relationships with property marketing leaders and executives are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop territory plans prioritizing casino operators by potential value.
Build relationships with presidents, general managers, and marketing leaders.
Source and advance partnership opportunities via discovery, events, and outreach.
Create business cases and proposals defining targets, commercial models, and requirements.
Coordinate term negotiations with internal teams and leadership.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM records.
