Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire and grow casino partner relationships across the NCLH family, including Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Casino Business Development and requires a strategic mindset for loyalty, offer design, and guest acquisition. Based in Miami or remote, this role demands strong industry networks, consultative selling, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

Seven or more years of progressive casino marketing or related commercial experience.
Proven success acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino partnerships.
Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers.
Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

Responsibilities

Develop territory plan prioritizing casino operators and properties.
Build relationships with senior casino leaders and decision makers.
Originate, qualify, and advance partnership opportunities through discovery and outreach.
Develop partner-specific proposals defining target player, commercial model, and expected return.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch and operate programs.
