Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire, develop and grow relationships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs for NCLH brands.

This role manages the full lifecycle from outreach to launch, coordinating with marketing, loyalty, analytics, reservations, legal and operations. The position can be based at the Miami HQ or remote, demanding strong negotiation, financial judgment, and industry network to drive incremental revenue and guest

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, loyalty programs, or partnerships.
Experience engaging with senior casino executives and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop territory plan to prioritize casino operators and properties.
Build relationships with property presidents, GM, CMO, and loyalty leaders.
Origin, qualify, and advance partnerships via discovery, visits, events and outreach.
Create partner-specific business cases with target player and revenue model.
Lead commercial reviews and secure partner commitments for growth.
Provide partner-facing training and sales materials.
