Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a remote, full-time Assistant Operations Manager to support the Case Management team. This role focuses on non-clinical, process-driven tasks to ensure smooth workflow across systems, accurate data management, and high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in administrative or customer service roles required.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral intake and assignment.
• Perform file setup and maintenance within internal systems.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and document distribution.
• Assist with medical record processing and case support tasks.
• Support reviews and case manager expense approvals.
• Assist with data transfers and API workflows.
• Ensure all state forms and required documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with client requirements.
• Complete accurate data entry and ongoing data maintenance.
