Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Assistant Operations Manager (REMOTE) to support the daily operations of the Case Management team. The role focuses on non-clinical, process-driven tasks to ensure workflow across systems and accurate data management.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Remote position with CST hours and US-based location requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in administrative, product support, customer service, or similar roles.
• Experience with billing, data entry, or healthcare-related workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Referrals: Manage referral intake and assignment, referencing referral maps and declines.
• File Management: Set up, organize, and maintain files within internal systems.
• Mail & Distribution: Process mail, report and invoice distribution, faxing, and document handling.
• Case Management Support: Assist with medical record processing and customer service inquiries.
• Review & Approvals: Manage Review Tab activities and expense approvals.
• Medical & Financial Processing: Support workflows related to medical record payments and pre-payments.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure state forms and documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Data Transfers: Ensure timely transfer of nurse notes, scorecards, and supervisor data.
• Systems & Processes: Support internal systems and API-related workflows.
• Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry and ongoing maintenance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to maintain efficiency.
