Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing Field Investigators within the assigned territory. This leader will communicate company directives, provide feedback on morale and performance, and consider client needs.

The role requires coordinating case assignments, ensuring accuracy of updates, reviewing invoices, and supporting staffing and timecard processes, with occasional weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology or related field preferred.
• Investigation background preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case updates for clients with accurate content and grammar.
• Review investigator performance on timeliness, quality, and reports.
• Assign surveillance cases based on proximity and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers, Field Investigators, and FACs to meet case objectives.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding cases.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and obtain approval.
• Support regional staffing needs based on projected growth.
• Review investigator timecards for accuracy and approvals.
