Job summary

Comprehensive Counseling is seeking a highly organized Assistant Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing behavioral health private practice in a fully remote role.

You will strengthen clinician relationships, coordinate workflows, track KPIs, and deliver reporting to leadership while maintaining HIPAA compliance and delivering exceptional operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or a similar clinical operations setting.
• Experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system; AdvancedMD preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen clinician relationships.
• Serve as an operational resource for clinicians across the practice.
• Provide timely, responsive support to clinicians.
• Navigate operational processes, documentation, scheduling questions, and internal workflows.
• Partner with leadership to improve clinician satisfaction and overall operations.
• Coordinate and improve daily operations and processes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and organizational standards.
• Track clinician activity, documentation, sessions, KPIs, and reports.
• Pull, analyze, and interpret operational reports for leadership.
• Support operational planning through data analysis and performance reporting.
