Ethos Risk Services is seeking an Operations Manager for a remote US role to oversee field investigators and ensure efficient completion of investigative work. You will communicate strategy to the team and provide timely feedback to leadership.

You will bridge investigators, clients, and senior management to drive performance and maintain high-quality service delivery, coaching staff for continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational and managerial role.
• Criminology or related degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily activities and performance of field investigators in your territory.
• Prepare and review case updates for client review with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assign surveillance cases considering investigator location and workload balance.
• Maintain proactive client communication and address case inquiries.
• Review and approve investigator timecards and vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Conduct staffing assessments and assist with recruitment.
• Provide coaching and training to investigators for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with FAC to meet objectives effectively.
