Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator for a fully remote role within the Workers' Compensation Solutions unit. You will manage referrals from start to finish, ensuring accurate data entry, proper assignment, and timely communication with customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable collaborating with a virtual team. Hours are Monday–Friday, 10a–7p CST, with an hourly rate of $20–$21.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic business/customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the referral email inboxes.
• Enter and fulfill referrals in the ALARISware System from start to finish.
• Attend ongoing training and calls as needed.
• Decipher geographical locations and make accurate decisions.
• Handle re-opening cases and changes to payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type on open cases.
• Leverage AI tools to support tasks and improve efficiency.
• Adopt new technologies per guidelines and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
