Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a detail‑oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referral operations within its Workers’ Compensation Solutions unit in a fast‑paced, remote environment. You will manage referrals from start to finish with accurate data entry, proper assignment, and timely communication.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable collaborating with a virtual team to ensure efficient processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral email inboxes and respond in a timely manner.
• Enter and fulfill referrals in ALARISware system.
• Attend training/calls as needed and support team collaboration.
• Decipher locations and make accurate decisions for referrals.
• Open and reopen cases as required and track outcomes.
• Process changes to payor, insurer, jurisdiction, or case type.
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
