Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Caregiver Recruiter) to recruit caregivers for our expanding organization. This remote role requires you to live in WA, ID, OR, AZ, CA, CO, NV, or TX and work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Pacific.

The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is focused on high-volume recruiting to help us reach more clients and improve lives. The role emphasizes strong time management, excellent organization, and the ability to build

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
Experience with hiring 40+ employees per month.
3 professional references; supervisor, colleague, and cross functional stakeholder/partner.
Ability to pass a federal background check.
Education level - associate degree or higher.
Experience in healthcare strongly preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer.
Screen resumes and conduct 6-10 phone interviews per day.
Maintain ATS pipeline and keep stages updated.
Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across markets and branches.
Partner with TA team to support high-volume needs or PTO coverage.
Identify and address gaps in the recruitment process and hiring matrix.
