Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on caregiver recruitment. This remote role requires residence in the Pacific Time Zone with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm PT, and offers compensation around $50k+ depending on experience.

The TAS will manage high-volume recruiting, from posting to offers, supporting onboarding and related TA activities. We offer remote setup, PTO, holidays, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, EAP, 401k match, and career

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance metrics.
• 3 professional references (supervisor, colleague, stakeholder).
• Pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• High-volume recruiting: manage the ATS pipeline, screen resumes, schedule 6–10 phone interviews per day, assess fit, and extend verbal offers.
• ATS management: keep candidate stages updated in the ATS.
• Stakeholder relationships: build strong cross-functional relationships across markets and branches.
• Talent acquisition support: partner with TA team for high-volume needs or PTO coverage.
• Strategic thinking: identify gaps in recruitment process and improve efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
