Zusammenfassung

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead caregiver recruitment in a high-volume environment. This remote role operates Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Pacific, with a pay starting at $50k+ depending on experience.

You will manage an ATS, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and support PTO coverage as needed. Healthcare experience and a 1+ year track record in high-volume recruiting are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance metrics.
• 3 professional references (supervisor, colleague, cross-functional partner)
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• High-volume recruiting: manage the process from posting to offer, screen resumes, conduct 6–10 phone interviews daily, and extend verbal offers.
• ATS management: keep applicant tracking stages updated and accurate.
• Stakeholder relationships: build cross-functional partnerships across markets and branches.
• Talent acquisition support: assist TA team with high-volume needs or PTO coverage.
• Strategic thinking: identify gaps and improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
