Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on high-volume caregiver recruitment. This remote role requires residency in WA, ID, OR, AZ, CA, CO, NV, or TX, with M-F 8am-5pm Pacific hours.

Salary starts around $55k+ with negotiable experience; benefits include PTO, holidays, weekly pay, and 401k. You will handle the full recruitment cycle, screen candidates, manage an ATS, and collaborate with field teams to meet staffing goals while maintaining compliance and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance goals with outcomes.
• Three professional references (supervisor, colleague, cross-functional partner).
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Education: associate degree or higher.
• Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• High-volume recruiting: manage the ATS pipeline, screen resumes, and conduct 6–10 phone interviews per day.
• ATS management: keep workflow stages updated in the ATS.
• Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to learn needs across markets.
• Support TA team for high-volume needs or PTO coverage.
• Identify gaps in recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
