Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This remote role targets high-volume caregiver recruitment from our distributed locations, coordinating 6–10 daily phone screens and advancing qualified candidates through our ATS.

We value healthcare experience, strong time management, and the ability to meet ambitious hiring goals. The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and offers comprehensive benefits and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance goals/metrics and outcomes.
• 3 professional references (supervisor, colleague, cross functional partner).
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Education level – associate degree or higher.
• Experience in healthcare strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• High Volume Recruiting: manage posting to offer, screen resumes, 6–10 daily phone screens.
• ATS Management: maintain ATS workflows and update stages.
• Stakeholder Relationships: build cross functional relationships with market teams.
• Talent Acquisition Support: assist with high volume needs or PTO coverage.
• Strategic Thinking: identify gaps and improve recruitment processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
