Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This remote role focuses on recruiting caregivers, managing an ATS pipeline, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to secure top talent.

Based in the United States, you will collaborate with TA leadership to address staffing needs across markets. The position offers remote work setup, competitive pay, PTO, holidays, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance goals/metrics and outcomes.
• 3 professional references (supervisor, colleague, cross-functional partner).
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Education level - associate degree or higher.
• Experience in healthcare strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• High-volume recruiting: manage the recruiting process from posting to offer, run 6–10 phone interviews daily.
• ATS management: keep candidate stages updated in the ATS.
• Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to understand market needs.
• Support TA team to cover high-volume needs or PTO.
• Identify gaps in recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
