Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter to join our remote TA team. You must live in WA, ID, OR, AZ, CA, CO, NV, or TX, with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Pacific schedule and a pay of around $55k+ depending on experience.

This high-volume role requires strong time management, organization, and the ability to recruit caregivers to join our organization. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll drive volume hiring and contribute to our mission to improve lives.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Provide 3 professional references.
• Able to pass a federal background check.
• Education: associate degree or higher.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• High-volume recruiting: manage the process from posting to offer, screening, and 6–10 phone interviews per day.
• ATS management: keep applicant tracking stages updated.
• Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to learn market needs.
• Partner with TA team to support high-volume needs or PTO coverage.
• Identify and address gaps in the recruitment process and hiring metrics.
• Other duties as assigned - this is not an exhaustive list.
