Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist as a Caregiver Recruiter. This remote role focuses on recruiting caregivers to join our organization across multiple states. The position requires managing a high-volume recruiting process and coordinating with a TA team to ensure staffing needs are met.

The role offers remote work with standard Pacific business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm). A competitive base salary, benefits, and PTO are provided, with state-based living

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring 40+ caregivers per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance goals and outcomes.
• Three professional references required.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Education level – associate degree or higher.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer, including ATS pipeline management, resume screening, scheduling 6–10 daily phone interviews, and extending verbal offers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking stages.
• Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to learn needs across markets.
• Partner with TA team to support high-volume needs or PTO coverage.
• Identify and address gaps in the recruitment process and hiring metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.
