Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Caregiver Recruiter) to join a remote team serving clients across the Pacific Time Zone. This high-volume role requires scheduling 6–10 phone interviews per day, managing an ATS, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to fulfill staffing needs.

The position offers weekly pay, accrued PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits with 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month preferred.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance against goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process from posting to accepted offer, including 6–10 phone interviews daily.
• Maintain and update ATS stages and workflow.
• Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to understand market needs.
• Partner with TA team to support high-volume needs or PTO coverage.
• Identify and address gaps in the recruitment process to improve efficiency.
• Assist with interview process: resume screening, assessments, references.
