Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Inbound call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison with callers from multiple client accounts within a shared services environment.
• Performs claim intake and full-service customer support within regulatory requirements.
• Educates customers on documentation needed to file a claim and on claim status.
• Directs calls to appropriate contacts and escalates as needed.
• Attendance during scheduled work hours is required.
