Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong typing and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with callers across client accounts.
• Assist with questions and problems in claims applications.
• Process claim intake and provide full-service support.
• Educate customers on documentation and timelines for filing/processing a claim.
• Escalate calls to appropriate contacts as needed.
