Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and typing skills; comfortable with computers.
• Able to multitask and work across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with callers from multiple client accounts.
• Assist with questions and problems related to claims and servicing processes.
• Perform claim intake and full-service customer support within requirements.
• Educate customers on documentation, timeframes, payment info, and status.
• Document call details accurately and route calls to the right contact.
• Attend scheduled work hours and support multiple clients as needed.
