Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) for a 6‑month PRN contract. The role delivers remote, holistic care for patients starting at 18 months, collaborating with a dedicated team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health issues.

Requirements include an active, unrestricted US license, 2+ years of relevant clinical experience, and strong communication skills. Master’s in Family NP is required, with EHR proficiency and the possibility of bilingual

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted US state license required.
• Minimum two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Proficient with information management/tech.
• Spanish language skills may be required in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Counsel patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex.
• Evaluate primary and chronic conditions across ages 18 months+.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR per policy.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams.
• Work remotely, prioritize, and advocate for patients and practice.
