Job summary

CVS Health's Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner role is a remote, 6-month PRN contract. You will provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients 18 months and older via a remote platform, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an active NP license in any US state, a Master's in Family Nurse Practice, and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted US state license (any state).
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis and management for patients 18 months and older.
• Educate patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices.
• Document care in the electronic health record per policy and procedures.
• Collaborate with Providers, physicians, pharmacists and care team to coordinate care.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and advocate for patients and practice.
