Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical office, senior living, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience with electronic health records (EHR) documentation or practice management tools.

Responsibilities

• Address patient and caregiver inquiries via telephone.
• Respond to messages via the Curana Patient Portal and schedule follow-ups.
• Manage electronic health records and coordinate documents for review or signature by a provider.
• Maintain patient rosters for APCM and GUIDE programs and support provider scheduling.
• Assist with prior authorizations and obtain test results and records.
• Answer calls professionally and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication.
