Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Remote Regional Concierge Navigator to support our seniors and under-served members nationwide. You will provide in-market member outreach, onboarding, scheduling, and care coordination to ensure access to PCPs and specialists within Medicare Advantage networks.

You'll educate members on gaps in care, assist with authorizations and referrals, and connect with providers, vendors, and operations to deliver high-quality, timely service from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes required.
• Typing speed 40+ words per minute.
• Ability to help members navigate access to care through Medicare Advantage or HMO, including referrals and authorizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse members and providers.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-market, specialized member support in respective market or region.
• Conducts in-market member engagement including Welcome Calls, New Member Onboarding, JSA Scheduling, High Quality PCP and Provider Terms, Product/Vendor Changes, CAHPS Proxy, Disenrollment QA, and Proactive Service Recovery.
• Educates members on gaps in care and assists with scheduling provider appointments.
• Assists with obtaining medical records and authorizations for care.
• Acts as liaison between members, PCPs, providers, and operations to coordinate care.
