Job summary

InnoSource is hiring Remote Care Coordinators for a Fortune 100 client in the specialty pharmaceutical space. You will help patients navigate insurance barriers, manage referrals, and guide them through the care journey from home, with 100% remote work.

1–3 years of experience in a related field.
Pharmacy experience.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and referral sources — aiming for one‑call resolution
Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial with urgency and care
Create and complete accurate referrals and applications; stay current on policy and procedural changes
Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Enter detailed information into proprietary software systems while conversing via telephone
Place outbound calls for patient follow‑ups and confirmations
Report adverse events within required timeframes
Educate patients on their options and guide them through processes in clear, plain language
Prioritize multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining quality and an empathetic patient experience
