InnoSource is hiring Remote Care Coordinators to support a Fortune 100 client from home. You will guide patients through referrals, applications, and insurance questions, leveraging pharmacy knowledge and strong communication to ensure smooth care journeys.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Pharmacy experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and referral sources — aiming for one‑call resolution.
• Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial with urgency and care.
• Create and complete accurate referrals and applications; stay current on policy and procedural changes.
• Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Enter detailed information into proprietary software systems while conversing via telephone.
• Place outbound calls for patient follow‑ups and confirmations.
• Report adverse events within required timeframes.
• Educate patients on their options and guide them through processes in clear, plain language.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining quality and an empathetic patient experience.
