Job summary

InnoSource is seeking Remote Care Coordinators to support a Fortune 100 client in the specialty pharmaceutical space, working from home. You will handle patient and referral communications, enrollments, and policy navigation, ensuring clear guidance and compliance.

The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and timely responses, with 100% remote work and a starting pay of $20 per hour. Schedule Monday–Friday CST hours, with opportunities for growth within hub-services and the broader specialty

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience
• Pharmacy experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and referral sources, aiming for one-call resolution
• Steward patient accounts from initial contact to final approval or denial
• Create and complete referrals and applications; stay current on policy changes
• Investigate and resolve inquiries from patients and physicians
• Enter detailed information into proprietary software while speaking with patients
• Place outbound calls for patient follow-up and confirmations
• Report adverse events within required timeframes
• Educate patients on options and guide them through processes in plain language
• Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining empathy
