InnoSource is hiring Remote Care Coordinators for a Fortune 100 client in the specialty pharmaceutical space. You will help patients navigate insurance barriers, manage referrals, and guide them through the care journey from home, with 100% remote work.

Requirements include 1–3 years in a related field, pharmacy experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Starting pay is $20 per hour, Monday–Friday shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST, with opportunities for growth within a

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and referral sources — aiming for one‑call resolution
• Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial with urgency and care
• Create and complete accurate referrals and applications; stay current on policy and procedural changes
• Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Enter detailed information into proprietary software systems while conversing via telephone
• Place outbound calls for patient follow‑ups and confirmations
• Report adverse events within required timeframes
• Educate patients on their options and guide them through processes in clear, plain language
• Prioritize multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining quality and an empathetic patient experience

What You’ll Do:

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in a related field
• Pharmacy experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Preferred:

• Customer service or call‑center experience
• Knowledge of Medicare (A/B/C/D), Medicaid, and commercial payer policies
• Familiarity with medical, supplemental, and pharmacy insurance benefit practices
• Understanding of diagnostic medical expense and Medicare Administrative Contractor practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients, caregivers, and providers
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating flexibility, persistence, creativity, empathy, and trust
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry, with strong computer literacy
