Job summary

InnoSource is hiring Remote Care Coordinators for a Fortune 100 client in the specialty pharmaceutical space. You’ll support patients from home, guiding them through benefits, referrals, and approvals with empathy and accuracy.

The role is 100% remote, with an hourly starting pay of $20 and flexible CST-hour scheduling Monday–Friday. Ideal candidates have healthcare or pharmacy experience and 1–3 years in related fields.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Pharmacy experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and referral sources — aiming for one‑call resolution
• Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial with urgency and care
• Create and complete accurate referrals and applications; stay current on policy and procedural changes
• Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Enter detailed information into proprietary software systems while conversing via telephone
• Place outbound calls for patient follow‑ups and confirmations
• Report adverse events within required timeframes
• Educate patients on their options and guide them through processes in clear, plain language
• Prioritize multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining quality and an empathetic patient experience
