Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to own patient cases—from initiation through closure—handling benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and patient support via email and calls using the Lynk system.

You will build trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and stakeholders while managing inquiries, coordinating nurse education, and ensuring SOP adherence in a patient-first, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and client stakeholders through proactive communication and accurate deliverables.
• Performs program welcome calls to patients and post benefits investigation calls to patients and physicians.
• Manages inbound calls and triages patients to internal or external resources as appropriate.
• Provides personalized case management, communicates coverage options, and coordinates nurse education as applicable.
