Job summary

Valeris is seeking an Executive Case Manager to guide patients through the complex access and reimbursement process. You will educate patients and healthcare providers, manage benefit coverage questions, and ensure timely, accurate case handling using our Lynk platform.

You will review coverage options, coordinate prior authorizations, and support clinicians and caregivers through resolution steps, while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and program rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required.
• Degree in healthcare administration strongly preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in insurance reimbursement, patient access, direct patient care, and/or patient education may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with patients, prescribers and client stakeholders regarding reimbursement inquiries and challenges.
• Perform benefits investigations and prior authorizations/denial appeals.
• Provide personalized case management and communicate benefit coverage to HCPs and patients.
• Document activities and maintain records in the Lynk system.
