Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations. You will support patients and providers via calls and emails and use our Lynk technology to determine coverage and assist with approvals.

The role emphasizes ownership, attention to detail, and patient focus. Remote work eligibility is considered with a hybrid schedule; 8.5-hour shifts are required, with Spanish/English bilingual benefits a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am–9 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Perform program welcome and follow-up calls with patients and physicians.
• Manage inbound calls and triage patients to appropriate resources.
• Coordinate patient assistance program shipments and follow-up on coverage.
