Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator in Indiana to manage patient cases from initiation to closure. You will conduct benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and assist patients via calls and email using our Lynk platform.

A strong focus on accuracy, ownership, and patient care is essential in this role. The ideal candidate has a bachelor-level education or equivalent experience, customer service experience, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Assist patients and stakeholders through resolution via email and inbound/outbound calls.
• Triage inquiries and coordinate with internal resources to resolve issues.
• Provide personalized case management and communicate benefit coverage and next steps.
• Document activities in the Lynk system per SOPs and business rules.
• Maintain excellent customer service and adhere to healthcare regulations.
