Job summary

Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits for patients across the US. You will work with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients to ensure timely scheduling and accurate communication throughout the patient lifecycle.

The role handles high volumes of Zendesk tickets, phone calls, and patient visits per shift, with a focus on exceptional customer service and process improvements. Remote work enabled, full-time position with competitive compensation.

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management.

• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health’s technology and platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift.
• Schedule 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy.
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure documentation is collected and uploaded for visits.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights.
• Brainstorm and communicate process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
