Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist for a fully remote, U.S.-based role. You will coordinate nursing visits by interfacing with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, handling high call and ticket volumes, and scheduling with care and empathy.

You’ll partner with operations, product, and engineering to improve workflows and automation, contributing to scalable patient care. A strong learner mindset and accountability are essential in this fast-paced startup environment.

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management to handle priorities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, empathetic explanations.

• Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and learning new tools.

Mansioni

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health’s technology and third‑party platforms.
• Manage ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift and resolve them timely.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Identify and communicate process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain strong working relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
