Float Health is seeking a Recurring Care Specialist for a fully remote role based in the US. You will coordinate nursing care, schedule visits, and manage tickets, calls, and communications with patients, nurses, and pharmacies.

• 1+ year of experience with medical scheduling.

• Prior healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health’s proprietary tech and third-party platforms.
• Respond to and manage ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift; ensure timely resolution.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Proactively brainstorm process improvements to boost team efficiency and scalability.
• Cultivate relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
