Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing care, interface with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and maintain relationships throughout the patient lifecycle. You will use our technology stack to schedule visits and ensure smooth care delivery.

This remote, full-time role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to handle high volumes of tickets, calls, and visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Exceptional customer service and clear, empathetic communication.
• Able to work independently and in a remote, dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health’s tech and third-party platforms.
• Respond to approximately 40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolution.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Identify and communicate potential process improvements for scalability.
• Cultivate relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
