Float Health is seeking a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing care with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling through Float Health’s platforms.

This fully remote US-based role handles high-volume tickets and calls, scheduling 10–30 visits per shift while maintaining exceptional patient service and cross-functional collaboration for scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy across multiple platforms; quick learner.
• Continuous improvement mindset for operations.
• Healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health tech and third-party platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolution.
• Answer up to ~30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Propose process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain strong relationships with pharmacies and nursing partners.
