Job summary

Float Health is seeking a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing care with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, ensuring timely scheduling and clear communication for home visits. This fully remote role is based in the US, with shifts PST and a 40-hour week.

You'll manage high-volume tasks with Zendesk tickets, phone calls, and patient visits while collaborating with ops, product, and engineering to improve workflows and scalability. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health's tech and third-party platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolution.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and provide feedback.
• Proactively brainstorm process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
