Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits for patients across the US from a remote location. You will manage scheduling via proprietary tech and third-party platforms, handle Zendesk tickets, and communicate scheduling details by phone, email, and text.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical scheduling experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health's technology and third-party platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift and resolve them accurately.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate scheduling details via phone, email, and text.
• Ensure all documentation is uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.
