Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist for a fully remote US-based role. You will coordinate nursing care by interfacing with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, managing scheduling, tickets, and calls while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management.

Responsabilités

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health’s technology and third-party platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift and manage up to 30 phone calls.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Coordinate care via phone, email, and text; ensure documentation is uploaded.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and streamline operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
