Job summary

Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist for a fully remote US-based role. You’ll coordinate nursing care with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, handling high-volume scheduling and communication to ensure timely, quality care.

You’ll respond to tickets and calls, schedule visits, and collaborate across teams to improve processes and scalability. Base salary ranges from $48,000 to $50,000 per year with benefits, reflecting healthcare scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization.
• Exceptional customer service and clear, empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health's technology and third-party platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolutions.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure required documentation is uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share data and feedback.
