Float Health is seeking a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits and patient scheduling across the US. You will handle Zendesk tickets, calls, and per-shift scheduling, while collaborating with pharmacies, nurses, and patients to ensure timely, accurate care delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of medical scheduling experience, strong organization, and customer service. This fully remote role offers 40 hours/week and a base salary of $48k–$50k.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, able to explain complex or sensitive information empathetically.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple platforms; eager to learn new tools.
• Mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Use Float Health's proprietary tech and third-party platforms to schedule nursing visits for patients.
• Respond to and manage ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolution.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care and scheduling details.
• Ensure documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights to streamline operations.
• Brainstorm and communicate potential process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
• Cultivate relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
