Float Health is recruiting for a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits, manage high-volume support, and ensure seamless home-care delivery for patients in a fully remote US role. You will interface with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, handling scheduling, tickets, and calls with accuracy and empathy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management and ability to juggle priorities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills; able to explain complex information empathetically.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team within a dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple platforms; eager to learn new tools.
• Mindset for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Prior healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Float Health's technology to schedule nursing visits for patients.
• Respond to and manage ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift; ensure timely resolution.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Proactively brainstorm/process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
