Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance seeks a Manager, Care Coordination to lead teams that educate and assist members in navigating healthcare and managing health a, while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will develop processes, monitor performance, and support coordinators in achieving organizational goals.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare management, NCQA/CMS knowledge, and strong leadership. Work mode is mostly remote with opportunities to collaborate across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare management or leadership roles.
• Knowledge of NCQA, SNP, CMS and DHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams to meet department goals and objectives.
• Oversees workflows and prioritizes projects to meet timelines.
• Recruits, orients, trains staff; maintains a safe work environment.
• Coaches and evaluates staff; enforces policies and procedures.
• Ensures policy and regulatory compliance for care coordination.
