CVS Health is seeking an experienced healthcare management leader to oversee teams delivering care coordination and case management across a range of populations. You will ensure compliance with NCQA/URAC and other standards while developing care plans and improving outcomes.

You will collaborate with account teams, support implementing new customers, and act as a change agent to drive innovations in care delivery. This role supports work-from-home arrangements within your location.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a physical or behavioral healthcare setting.
• 1+ year(s) management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in managed care.
• Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies which relate to medical management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee healthcare management staff and develop high performing teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NCQA, URAC, state/federal).
• Develop and implement care plans, and monitor quality of care.
• Collaborate with customer teams and other business areas.
• Mentor licensed staff on practice standards and problem resolution.
